Lauren Miceli
Lauren is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. She earned her degree in Psychology from Binghamton University and her graduate degree from Hunter College. Lauren specializes in helping young adults and families navigate relationship issues, stress, self-doubt, emotional struggles, self-esteem, life transitions, and more. She is committed to creating a supportive, positive therapeutic environment to help clients achieve their full potential and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.

Megan Baroncelli, LMSW
Megan Baroncelli is a New York State Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s Degree from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College. With over ten years of experience, Megan has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, providing therapy and care management services. She also has extensive knowledge of community resources.
Megan utilizes a client-centered approach to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard and validated. She takes pride in active listening and fostering an environment where clients can be open and vulnerable while developing effective coping strategies. Megan is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships, empowering clients to grow and thrive.

Christine Bentley, LMHC
Christine Bentley in a NYS Mental Health Counselor and a NYS licensed School Counselor. Christine employs a holistic approach using a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mind-body approaches. She does this by supporting individuals in a whole-person, strength-based way, combining insight with action. She has a warm personality making clients feel at ease. Her approach is kind & compassionate, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process and heal. Christine began her journey in counseling as a NYS Licensed School Counselor, working at numerous Long Island schools for 10 years. Today Christine works with people in all stages of life looking to heal and work with a growth mindset focusing on self-compassion, self-awareness, & overall wellness.

Cynthia Vardaro, LCSWR
Cynthia Vardaro LCSWR is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She earned her undergraduate degree in Family Studies from Messiah University and holds a Master’s in Social Work from Stony Brook University. She also completed a Master of Health Administration (MHA) at Capella University, strengthening her expertise in healthcare systems, leadership, and patient advocacy. With a background in medical social work, Cynthia has worked extensively in hospital and healthcare settings, specializing in patient and family-centered care, crisis intervention, and care coordination. She takes a coaching-centered approach to counseling, helping clients build confidence, resilience, and clarity as they navigate stress, life transitions, emotional struggles, and relationship challenges.
Cynthia currently volunteers with the American Board of Emergency Medicine’s Patient Communication Center team, where she helps develop board exams and rubrics that emphasize compassionate, effective communication and holistic care. She is deeply committed to empowering her clients and ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported in every step of their journey. Outside of work, Cynthia loves spending quality time with her family, especially her two boys, and finds joy in creating a balanced, meaningful life rooted in connection and care.

Clare Keller, LMSW
Clare Keller is a New York State Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Adelphi University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from St. John’s University. Clare has experience working with adolescents, young adults, middle-aged adults, and older adults. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and creates a warm, supportive environment where clients can develop coping skills, enhance self-awareness, and release emotional distress. Clare is dedicated to helping her clients address their emotional needs and build a stronger, healthier mindset.

Noa Bar, LMSW
Noa is a New York State Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from New York University. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Hunter College and a Culinary Degree from The Natural Gourmet Institute. She has experience working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, adjustment issues, as well as body imagine and self-esteem issues. Noa utilizes a strengths-based collaborative approach that emphasizes harnessing one’s innate strengths in order to guide clients towards greater resilience, balance, and fulfillment in life. Additionally, she uses a culturally sensitive lens and a person-in-environment perspective to better understand each client and the role that their culture plays in the therapeutic setting. Noa uses an integrative approach which draws on a combination of modalities such as solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems. Noa’s therapeutic style is best described as a collaborative partnership; She offers guidance, support, and a safe space for exploration, while recognizing that ultimately you are the driver of your own healing process. Noa offers sessions both in English and in Hebrew.

Bri earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, specializing in Human Evolution of the Brain, from Stony Brook University. She went on to graduate with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. As she continues her journey in the mental health field, she strives to empower individuals on their journey toward mental well-being by providing compassionate and professional counseling services. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. In Bri’s free time you can find her reading, journaling and hiking.

Skylar earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. As she continues her journey in the mental health field, she is determined to provide a warm and comforting environment where individuals can embark on their mental health journey with confidence, support and understanding. She is dedicated to creating a safe space that promotes healing, growth, and self-discovery. Skylar utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral therapy approach and is certified in Trauma-Focused CBT. She strives to cultivate a therapeutic environment that assists individuals in navigating their mental health journey, and facilitates the development of lasting coping skills for a brighter, fulfilling future. In Skylar’s free time you can find her reading, doing yoga, and going for walks.

Lauren Adams has her Masters of Science in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. As an undergraduate student, she presented her research on the effects of warm parenting on self-esteem in young adults who frequently use social media at a regional conference hosted by the Southeastern Psychological Association. With her education and interpersonal skills, Lauren can provide a broad range of skills, knowledge, and empathy to any therapeutic setting. In Lauren’s free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and gardening.

Lacey earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from High Point University and completed her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to deepen her ability to support individuals on their mental health journey. With hands-on experience working with both children and adults, she is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding. She believes in creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients to explore their feelings and develop tools for emotional growth. Lacey integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques into her practice, empowering clients to develop healthier thought patterns and increase self-awareness. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, journaling, and going to the beach.
